SunExpress Virtual offers this website, including all information, software, products, and services available from this website or offered as part of or in conjunction with this website (the “Website”), to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here. SunExpress Virtual reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions immediately by posting the updated Terms and Conditions in this location.

“SunExpress Virtual” or “Website” refers to all web pages, documents, and applications stored on www.sunexpressvirtual.com, crewconnect.sunexpressvirtual.com, forum.sunexpressvirtual.com servers and related subdomains.

Your continued use of the Website constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices, and any changes made by SunExpress Virtual.

SunExpress Virtual is not affiliated with Güneş Ekspres Havacılık A.Ş  (SunExpress) and/or SunExpress is not the owner of this website. All image, trademarks, and logo rights remain the property of their respective owners. SunExpress does not have any control and responsibility over any information and data including without limitation personal data collected on this website and to be processed within the virtual airline programme. Such personal data are not included in SunExpress systems and are not transferred to SunExpress.

1.Nature of the Platform and Disclaimer of Liability

2.Membership Eligibility

To be eligible to become a registered member of SunExpress Virtual, you must meet the following conditions:

    • You are at least 15 years of age.
    • You possess a legal copy of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004, Microsoft Flight Simulator X, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, Prepar3D, XPlane, or other related simulator programs.
    • You have the ability and knowledge to safely fly a B737 aircraft in any flight simulator.
    • You have a valid and active email address that will be verified by SunExpress Virtual Airlines.
    • You must have a good command of the English language. SunExpress Virtual operates exclusively in English, and members are expected to communicate in English at all times.
    • SunExpress Virtual does not accept any responsibility for language barriers. If you do not understand English, you should refrain from using this platform.
    • You are required to conduct your flights on online platforms (VATSIM or IVAO).
    • You understand that you have 30 days to complete your first flight after your application is accepted; failure to do so will result in immediate termination unless otherwise stated.
    • You understand that SunExpress Virtual requires at least one flight every 30 days. Failure to comply may result in suspension or deletion of your membership unless you have filed for a Leave of Absence by contacting management.
    • No rules that restrict our members from being members of other virtual airlines. However, it is forbidden to record flights more than one virtual airlines and / or multiple virtual platforms (VATSIM / IVAO) at the same time.

3.Flight Hour Transfers

    • You can transfer up to a maximum of 50 flight hours from another Virtual Airline (VA) by providing a valid link for verification.
    • Acceptable proofs include VATSIM or IVAO records, or Logbook entries from a reputable Virtual Airline.
    • SunExpress Virtual reserves the right to refuse transfer hours to anyone without cause.
    • SunExpress Virtual also reserves the right to credit any amount of hours to virtual pilots who have contributed considerably to the community or are real pilots.

4.Disciplinary Board Procedures and Penalties

The SunExpress Virtual Disciplinary Board consists of site administrators or management members and is the sole authority to evaluate and impose penalties for violations of these terms. Members explicitly acknowledge that the decisions of the Disciplinary Board are final and binding.

There is no right of appeal or objection unless otherwise explicitly stated by the management.

The penalty categories are as follows:

    • Class 1: Warning 📢
      • Issued for minor violations or first-time offenses.
      • Given in written form by the management.
    • Class 2: Short-term suspension (1 week to 1 month) ⏳
      • Applied for moderate violations.
    • Class 3: Medium-term suspension (3 months) ❌
      • Given for repeated or significant violations.
    • Class 4: Long-term suspension (6 months) ⏳
      • Applied for major infractions or actions causing damage to the platform.
    • Class 5: Permanent ban (indefinite suspension) 🚫
      • Issued for severe violations, fraudulent activities, or actions that cause harm to the SunExpress Virtual community or its reputation.

In addition to the above penalties, flight hours may be removed as part of disciplinary action if deemed necessary by the management.

Flights causing the penalty may be refused, or recorded flight hours may be partially or completely deleted.

Disciplinary Actions for Specific Violations

✅ Disruptive Behavior

    • Any form of harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or offensive behavior.
    • Creating unnecessary drama or provoking other members.
    • Repeatedly questioning management decisions in public spaces.
    • Insulting, mocking, or belittling other members, staff, or organizations.
    • Excessive use of inappropriate language or disrespectful conduct towards others.
    • Initiating or encouraging toxic behavior within the community.
    • Engaging in inappropriate discussions on topics such as politics, religion, ethnicity, or political affiliation, engaging in political activities, or promoting political parties and leaders.

✅ Flight Violations

    • Recording flights fraudulently or manipulating flight hours.
    • Conducting unrealistic or reckless flights.
    • Deliberately crashing aircraft or disturbing other pilots in online networks.
    • Repeatedly failing to comply with air traffic control (ATC) instructions on VATSIM/IVAO.
    • Intentionally taxiing through other aircraft, ignoring ground control, or causing disruption in online networks.
    • Using callsigns, aircraft liveries, or company identifiers misleadingly or in an unauthorized manner.
    • Flying unrealistic routes, using inappropriate aircraft for a route, or failing to adhere to virtual airline operational procedures.
    • Not flying according to the ACARS system, intentionally violating virtual airline rules repeatedly, and misleading others.
    • Not adhering to the flight limits and rules set by the SunExpress Virtual.

✅ Security & Technical Violations

    • Attempting to access unauthorized areas of the system or exploiting security flaws.
    • Using unauthorized third-party software or hacking tools.
    • Spamming or overloading SunExpress Virtual’s systems.
    • Engaging in any form of hacking, data theft, or unauthorized system modification.
    • Sharing another member’s login credentials, flight logs, or private information without permission.
    • Exploiting system bugs, technical flaws, or automation loopholes for personal gain.
    • Attempting to impersonate SunExpress Virtual staff or administrators for manipulation or fraudulent purposes.

✅ Financial Misconduct

    • SunExpress Virtual is a completely free platform.
    • No member, administrator, or staff has the right to request any monetary payment from another member.
    • Any financial transaction between members, including paid training, coaching, or any kind of monetary exchange, is strictly prohibited.
    • Any unauthorized attempts to charge members for access to services, tools, or exclusive resources within SunExpress Virtual.
    • Offering paid virtual airline-related services within the SunExpress Virtual community.

✅ Brand Reputation Violations

    • Misrepresenting SunExpress Airlines in any form is strictly prohibited.
    • Creating misleading content, videos, or other media that portray SunExpress Airlines negatively is strictly forbidden.
    • Intentionally crashing aircraft or making crash-related videos under the SunExpress name is strictly prohibited.
    • All videos, images, or content shared publicly must include a visible and clear disclaimer stating “For Simulator Purposes Only.”
    • Sharing false information about SunExpress Airlines or SunExpress Virtual that could mislead the public.
    • Associating SunExpress Virtual with any political, religious, or controversial topics without explicit management approval.
    • Using SunExpress Virtual’s name, branding, or related materials for unauthorized commercial or promotional activities.

✅ Community Integrity Violations

    • Encouraging or participating in group conflicts, cyberbullying, or coordinated attacks against members or external communities.
    • Attempting to poach members or redirect SunExpress Virtual pilots to other virtual airlines without approval.
    • Spreading misinformation or rumors that could harm the SunExpress Virtual community.
    • Engaging in backdoor negotiations with other virtual airlines without informing SunExpress Virtual management.
    • Unauthorized recruitment or promotion of competing virtual airlines, groups, or communities within SunExpress Virtual platforms.

✅ Privacy & Data Protection Violations

    • Unauthorized sharing or storing of another member’s private(including social media datas) data, conversations, or flight records.
    • Capturing and distributing screenshots, logs, or recordings of internal discussions without explicit consent.
    • Sharing members’ real-world personal information (names, emails, IP addresses) without consent.
    • Unauthorized collection or storage of member data for purposes beyond SunExpress Virtual operations.
    • Publishing or leaking confidential SunExpress Virtual policies, discussions, or strategy documents.

✅ Multiple Account and Identity Violations

    • Creating multiple accounts to bypass disciplinary actions or flight hour limits.
    • Using alternate accounts to avoid bans, suspensions, or disciplinary measures.
    • Pretending to be a different member or impersonating someone else within the community.
    • Attempting to rejoin SunExpress Virtual after a permanent ban using a different identity.

✅ Platform & Social Media Violations

    • Abusing SunExpress Virtual’s official communication channels (Discord, forums, email, social media) for personal gain.
    • Posting offensive, inappropriate, or controversial content in public SunExpress Virtual platforms.
    • Engaging in public disputes, flame wars, or toxic debates involving SunExpress Virtual on external forums or social media.
    • Publicly criticizing or defaming SunExpress Virtual without first attempting to resolve the issue privately with management.
    • Using SunExpress Virtual’s branding or media assets in unauthorized marketing campaigns or advertisements.
    • Sharing internal SunExpress Virtual discussions, policies, or decisions on external platforms without approval.

✅ Misuse of Training & Resources

    • Misusing SunExpress Virtual’s training materials, documents, or videos for unauthorized commercial purposes.
    • Sharing training resources outside the community without permission.
    • Falsifying training progress, certificates, or qualifications within SunExpress Virtual.
    • Repeatedly failing to meet training requirements or disobeying instructor guidance.

✅ Unethical Conduct & Fraud

    • Attempting to manipulate the SunExpress Virtual ranking system for personal gain.
    • Using SunExpress Virtual membership to gain privileges on other platforms or communities fraudulently.
    • Engaging in deceptive conduct that could harm SunExpress Virtual or its members.
    • Using fake documents, false credentials, or fabricated flight experience to deceive management.

5.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Türkiye. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Türkiye.

6.Limitation of Liability

SunExpress Virtual shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or legal issues arising from user actions, statements, or shared content. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Users are solely responsible for their actions and content on the platform.

7.Content Removal Rights

SunExpress Virtual reserves the right to remove any content that violates platform rules without prior notice. Content removal decisions are made by the platform’s management, and users have no right to appeal unless explicitly stated.

8.Copyright and Brand Protection

All content, including but not limited to logos, documents, training materials, and software, is the exclusive property of SunExpress Virtual and is protected by copyright law.
